Nutrition

A balanced diet doesn't mean never have anything nice. It means making sure you're getting the foods that support your wellbeing. 

Hydration

If you only drink coffee and alcohol, you're absolutely dehydrated. You're not alone and you don't have to give either things up.

Movement

Not work outs, not long hikes. Literal movement. Movement literally moves energy around your body, including up to your brain and the happy hormones. 

What you need to know

Incredibly, your messy or unorganised brain, could be being directly impacted by elements of your physical health. A dehydrated brain cannot and will not function properly. If you're feeling unmotivated and sluggish, you're probably craving movement (and fresh air!).
